The latest technology news is out and has got us all talking at MGT Design. The latest iPhone; the iPhone SE is set to be released and available for purchase from the 31st March 2016. The idea of the iPhone SE is to make a smart phone of a more popular and desirable size which will also include all of the latest technical features which the iPhone 6s has to offer.
The iPhone SE will be available in the popular colours of white with gold, silver or rose gold or space grey. You can choose either a 16gb or 64gb memory for all of your photos, videos and Apps to be stored on.
A Familiar Design
For the first time in the history of the iPhone, an older iPhone shape is making a surprise return as the iPhone SE resembles the same size and shape of the iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s. The iPhone 6, 6 Plus and 6s kept up with the latest smart phone trends in being larger in size with bigger screens, but it seems as though there is now a demand for the slightly smaller phone which fits better into our jeans pockets and handbags.
iOS 9
iOS 9 is Apple’s most advanced software yet. The iPhone SE will come with iOS 9 already installed, however older iPhone models can download this latest software to keep up to date with the latest treats and surprises Apple has to offer.
Advanced
The iPhone SE will be smaller in size but bigger in technology. With the advanced technology of the iPhone 6s, the iPhone SE will hold the same technology but within a smaller handset. The iPhone SE will contain the A9 chip meaning that it will be quicker and more responsive to the tasks you wish for it to perform.
Improved Camera
As with all smart phones, the camera improves with each new generation. The iPhone SE will be all you need on your holidays or days out giving you high quality photos and video. Photographs can be snapped with a 12MP camera and videos can be shot in 4K.
Live Photos
Live photos can be taken to make your photos even more memorable as your photos are turned into short films capturing the moments before and after the photo is taken so that you never miss a thing.
Even Better Selfies
Your selfies will be even better with the iPhone SE as the front camera is now even better quality and your retina screen becomes a flash to light up your beautiful facial features.
Touch ID
Introduced with the iPhone 5s, the Touch ID is a powerful form of security for your phone. You can unlock your phone using your unique fingerprint so that it keeps nosey people away from your phone and makes it harder for anyone to take any of your personal details you have stored in your iPhone. After all our phones are now a huge part of our everyday lives.
Apple Pay
Touch ID has become even more useful as it can be used with Apple Pay. With the advancing technology in forms of payment Apple Pay, similar to contactless payments has become the smarter way to pay. With Apple Pay you just simply need to hold your iPhone near the card reader with your finger on the Touch ID to confirm your payment.
Hey Siri
Siri has been improved in the latest iPhone SE. You no longer need to pick up your phone and hold down the home button, you can simply say ‘Hey Siri’ to ask Siri to do something for you such as give you directions to your friend’s house or send a text to your friend to say you are on your way.
Essential Apps
Everyday Apps are growing and there are more and more essential Apps available to download. The iPhone SE comes with Apps already installed to help ease your everyday life.
Easily Change from Android to iPhone
If you are making the change from an Android to an iPhone, fear not as Apple have already thought this through for you with a specially developed App called the ‘Move to iOS’ App. This means that all of your Apps and content already downloaded onto your old Android can be migrated to your new and updated iPhone SE.
